This started as a paper/pencil game I wanted to play with my son, as described in this Wikipedia article.
But all the drawing and graph paper seemed hard in the presence of Shoes. :)
X and O take turns. On your turn, your current momentum (starting at 0) is calculated, and the next place you’ll land based on that momentum is shown. You may choose to veer away from this momentum in any of the 8 adjacent directions or keep your momentum by clicking the arrow or circle indicated. You cannot choose to veer off the track or into your opponent’s present position.
Let your momentum get out of hand and you will Crash and lose the game (this happens when on your move all 9 possible outcomes are blocked). Persevere and you will get around the track first to WIN!
