Allow the user to select their state from a dropdown and then retrieve the current weather forecast from the NOAA National Weather Servicen for every station in that state.
Feature Requests: Allow users to select a specific weather station. (Create an array based on weather stations and their station ID, from the XML feed.)
Weather icon or theme change based on current weather condition of selected weather station.
